This site is where Digi-key has its data sheet for most of its items.
Great place to get the data sheets you need for the parts you wish to use.
Onsemi data sheet site.
Also if you want to know about different parts available is to use digi-key.com or digi-key.ca to see what is available. I personal use digi-key for all my development/prototype projects as they have the data sheets and dimensions of the parts, this allows me to lay-out/build my PCB board before I get my parts.

I remember years ago after a good night of drinking going out with florescent tubes and it was a great way to impress the ladies with some electrical magic. After doing the trick afew times, it donned on me this may not a be good thing…moved the next week to a area without large power lines running close to my home.
